This workshop is for you if you have experienced trauma in your life and wish to understand how to make space for it in your life story, how to make sense of it, and how to heal from the trauma wound. This workshop will be a virtual group format and will be laid back and conversational, incorporating a Jungian depth therapy lens.
This is a psychoeducational workshop, not group therapy.
Adults from all walks of life and experiences are welcome.
